Free Smart Diffuser Details

Free Pura fragrance diffuser with a new qualifying monthly fragrance subscription.

Commitment:
Commitment required as stated on promotion: Get a free diffuser when you subscribe for 12 months—one fragrance for a Pura Car subscription, and 2 fragrances for a Pura Home subscription  (note that alternative subscription frequencies allowed). If commitment is not fulfilled within 18 months, you’ll be charged full price for the diffuser.

Swap:
Swap fragrances within your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:
First 30 Days: In order to cancel, contact Customer Care to get a free return shipping label. Your card on file will be charged the price of the diffuser. Once the diffuser is shipped back using the Pura shipping label and received by our fulfillment center, we will process a refund for the diffuser in 7–10 business days to your card on file. Customer Care can also refund your fragrance order at that time.

Early Cancellation After First 30 Days: In order to cancel, contact Customer Care. Your card on file will be charged the price of the diffuser and any outstanding fees and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Subscription:
Subscription will continue after commitment is complete. You must cancel 5 days before renewal via email or Pura account.

Edit ship date:
You may not use the Edit Ship Date more than 3 times during the duration of your Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription.
