DISCOUNTED DIFFUSER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General. On occasion, Pura may offer a free or discounted diffuser (e.g., a home diffuser or car diffuser) (“Discounted Pura Device”) when you subscribe to a Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription, as defined below (the “Offer”). The offer page and final checkout page will detail the qualifying monthly fragrance subscription requirements to which you agree. There is a limit of 1 Discounted Pura Devices per household. Pura is under no obligation to make this Offer available at all times. However, if the Offer is available and you take advantage of the Offer, such Offer is subject to these Discounted Diffuser Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) as well as the Pura Scents Terms of Use, located at https://www.pura.com/pages/terms-of-service (“Terms of Use”). To the extent that these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Use, these Offer Terms will control solely with respect to the Offer.

Eligibility. To be eligible for the Offer, as detailed on the Offer page, you must sign up for and maintain a new subscription to fragrance(s) purchased through the Offer page (“Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription”). Any previous fragrance subscription(s) you have prior to signing up for the Offer do not constitute a Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription and are therefore not eligible to satisfy the Offer. To satisfy the Offer and earn the Discounted Pura Device, you must purchase the total amount of Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscriptions detailed on the Offer page and the final checkout page within 12 months (see table below for clarification). Failure to satisfy the Offer within 12 months will result in you being charged the full price of the Discounted Pura Device with your card saved on file.You may use features like Swap fragrance to change the fragrance(s) in your Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription and Edit Ship Date to delay for your fragrance ship date by up to 28 days. Please note: You may not use the Edit Ship Date feature to change your first shipping date after your initial purchase. After your first subscription month, you may use the Edit Ship Date feature a maximum of 3 times during the duration of your Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription. You may use the Add Items or Remove Product to change the total number of Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscriptions counting towards satisfying the Offer. However, you must maintain at least 1 active Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription at all times. If you remove your last Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription, this will be considered an early cancellation, and the corresponding early cancellation policies found below will apply. By signing up for this Offer, you are committing to 12 months on ongoing subscription subject to your right to delay your fragrance ship date (as described above) up to 3 times after your first subscription month. If you delay your subscription, it will increase the amount of time it will take you to satisfy the Offer.

Pura Car Subscription

You sign up for 1 new car fragrance subscription, you will have satisfied the Offer in 1 year.
You sign up for 2 new car fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 6 months.
You sign up for 3 new car fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 4 months.
You sign up for 4 new car fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 3 months.
You sign up for 6 new car fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 2 months.
You sign up for 12 new car fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 1 month.

 

Pura Home Subscription

You sign up for 2 new home fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 1 year.
You sign up for 3 new home fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 8 months.
You sign up for 4 new home fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 6 months.
You sign up for 6 new home fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 4 months.
You sign up for 8 new home fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 3 months.
You sign up for 12 new home fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 2 months.
You sign up for 24 new home fragrance subscriptions, you will have satisfied the Offer in 1 month.

 

Satisfaction of the Offer. You may modify or cancel your Subscription without further cost or limitation at any time after you have fulfilled the terms of this Offer.

Pricing & Shipping. Pura reserves the right to modify pricing for fragrances in your Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription at any time and in its sole discretion. The minimum price-per-fragrance on a subscription is currently $9.59 Plus Tax. As an example, if the Offer requires a subscription of 2 fragrances per month for 6 months, your minimum monthly charge for the Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscriptions would be $19.18 Plus Tax. The total minimum cost for that Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription will be determined by the subscription requirements and the fragrance(s) you select. If the Discounted Product and any other items you have in your cart total below $35.00, you will be responsible for a $9.99 standard shipping fee. If the Discounted Product and any other items you have in your cart total above $35.00, you will not pay a standard shipping fee, subject to all other shipping rules. Pura reserves the right to modify thresholds and pricing for shipping at any time and in its sole discretion.

Subscription. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged (“Subscription Fees”). All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically provided for in these Offer Terms. Your Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription will renew automatically on a monthly basis and continue until you cancel (collectively your “Subscription”). The “Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you first purchase your Subscription. Your Subscription will begin on the Subscription Billing Date and continue for the term detailed on the offer page (“Initial Subscription Period”) and will automatically renew for successive 1-month periods (“the Initial Subscription Period and each such renewal period, each a “Subscription Period”) unless you cancel or Pura terminates your Subscription prior to the end of the current Subscription Period. You authorize Pura or its third-party payment processors to periodically charge on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of the Subscription, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date. Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date and thereafter on the renewal date of your Subscription for all applicable fees and taxes for the next Subscription Period. You authorize Pura to charge the card on file to complete these payments. Pura or its third-party payment processor will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method associated with your account.

 

Cancellation. You may cancel your Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription at any time subject to the policies listed below: 

Within the First 30 Days of Signing Up: You will have 30 days from your Subscription Billing Date to cancel and return the Discounted Pura Device without additional charge, provided that you will still be responsible for any outstanding fees for fragrances shipped to you prior to your cancellation. To cancel, contact Customer Care by emailing support@pura.com or through our Help Center to initiate the cancellation process and to receive your free return shipping label. Your card on file will be charged the listed offer price of the applicable diffuser. Once the diffuser is shipped back using the Pura shipping label and received by our fulfillment center, Pura will process a refund to your card on file within 7-10 business days. To return or receive a refund on your fragrance(s), contact Customer Care by emailing support@pura.com or through our Help Center.

After the First 30 Days Prior to Satisfaction of the Offer: If you cancel your Qualifying Monthly Fragrance Subscription after the first 30 days but prior to the satisfaction of the terms of the Offer, or if you otherwise have not purchased the minimum fragrances within the timeline detailed on the Offer page, your card on file will be charged the listed offer price of the applicable diffuser, in addition to any outstanding fees for fragrances shipped to you prior to your cancellation. You will not be entitled to a refund on the charged amount.

How to Cancel: You must cancel your Subscription five (5) days before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fees to your account. You may cancel the Subscription by emailing support@pura.com or through your Pura account. YOUR CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED 5 DAYS BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE IN ORDER TO AVOID A CHARGE FOR THE NEXT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

 

Delinquent Accounts. Pura may suspend or terminate a Subscription for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid. In addition to the amount due for a Subscription, a delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges that are incidental to any chargeback or collection of any unpaid amount, including collection fees. If your payment method is no longer valid at the time a renewal Subscription Fee is due, then Pura reserves the right to (a) not ship fragrances to you until your payment method is valid or (b) delete your account and any information associated with your account without any liability to you.

 

Offer Modification and Termination. Pura reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Offer. Any Subscriptions in effect at the time the Offer is modified, suspended, or terminated will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time the Subscription was purchased. This offer cannot be combined with any other active discounts, sales, and promotions unless otherwise stated.
