Question 1

Which diffuser is this fragrance compatible with?

Accepted Answer

All Pura fragrances are compatible with every home diffuser model, including the Pura Home Mini, Pura 4, Pura Home, and Pura Home Plus.

Question 2

How long does a fragrance vial last?

Accepted Answer

The length of time a fragrance lasts varies based on factors like:
- Type of diffuser
- Room size
- Environmental conditions
- Fragrance type
- Intensity settings
With a Pura Home Mini™, a fragrance vial lasts about 30 days in a small space, diffusing 6–8 hours per day at medium intensity.
With a Pura Home™, a fragrance vial lasts about 22 days in a medium space, diffusing 6–8 hours per day at medium intensity.
With a Pura Home Plus™, a fragrance vial lasts about 14 days in a large or open concept space, diffusing 6–8 hours per day at medium intensity.

Question 3

Do fragrance vials last for different lengths of time in different diffusers?

Accepted Answer

Fragrance longevity can vary slightly between diffuser models due to differences in airflow and diffusion technology, but all models are designed to provide consistent, long-lasting fragrance.

Question 4

What can I do to make a fragrance vial last longer

Accepted Answer

To extend your vial's life, consider lowering the intensity setting, scheduling fragrance-free hours, and placing your diffuser in a smaller room.

Question 5

What subscription frequency should I choose?

Accepted Answer

We recommend choosing a frequency that aligns with your usage. Most customers find that a monthly or bi-monthly subscription works best depending on their intensity settings.

Question 6

How should I take advantage of my diffuser's two vial bays?

Accepted Answer

Use two complementary fragrances and schedule them to alternate throughout the day, or assign different scents to different times — one for morning freshness and another for evening relaxation.

Question 7

How do I know when it's time to replace my vials?

Accepted Answer

Your Pura app will notify you when a vial is running low. You'll also notice a decrease in fragrance intensity as the vial nears empty.

Question 8

What is the average user of a Pura diffuser for the average user?

Accepted Answer

Most Pura users run their diffuser for 8–12 hours per day at medium intensity, which provides consistent whole-room fragrance coverage.
