Car Diffuser Not Found
Go through the following steps before troubleshooting your Pura Car.
– Ensure you're within 5-10 feet of your diffuser in order to connect.
– Make sure your Pura Car is plugged into an active power source.
– Ensure the power switch on the bottom of the diffuser is not toggled to the On position.

Plug Car Diffuser in and in "On" Position
Make sure your Pura Car is plugged into an active power source and turned ON.
The diffuser needs to be plugged in and turned on for it to be recognized by the app.
Perform a Diffuser Reset
To perform a reset on the Car diffuser, please follow the steps below.
Flip the power switch to turn off your diffuser.
Press and hold the top button down and flip the power switch back on.
Continue to hold the top button for about 10 seconds.
You'll see pulsing lights once your diffuser has been reset.

Flip the power switch to turn off your diffuser.
Press and hold the top button down and flip the power switch back on.
Continue to hold the top button for about 10 seconds.
You'll see pulsing lights once your diffuser has been reset.
