Managing your subscription will now be easier than ever! Because of this new design your subscription will be migrating over to a new service, but we need your help!
When your subscription was transferred to our new system it subscribed you to your most recent fragrance selections, rather than our fragrance box. In order to swap out your fragrances, follow the instructions below. After completing these steps it will be simple and easy to change any part of your subscription in the future.
If you don't wan't to swap your fragrances ever again, you don't have to do anything other than make sure your account credentials are working properly.
IF you used a social login for your account (i.e. Facebook, Twitter or Google) your account is set up, so skip step 1 and open the Pura app marketplace.
IF you didn't use a social login, follow all of these steps:
Step 1: Go to this link and create your account on the new system using the same email address from your TRYPURA account. (Enter your first and last name, the email address associated with your account and your password)
Step 2: Go to this link and cancel your current fragrance subscriptions.
Step 3: Sign up for a new subscription using this link, at checkout use the code: MIGRATION to get 50% off your next order.
Step 4: You're all set!
