Our Warehouse is open and working to serve you. However, please understand that shipments may be delayed due to limited warehouse staff. We have implemented additional precautions to care for our warehouse workers and the delivery of your orders in a clean, safe manner. Due to these precautions, shipments may be delayed due to the decrease in working capacity.

  WHY ARE ITEMS TAKING LONGER TO SHIP?

As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. To serve our customers while also helping to ensure the safety of our associates, we have changed our logistics, transportation, supply chain, and purchasing processes to prioritize the safety of our customers, staff & partners. This has resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual. Our extra precautions were put in place to provide our products to people everywhere, especially to those, like the elderly, who are most vulnerable, in a safe manner.

  CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, Pura's online services are currently continuing. All of our partner retail locations are closed, but you may still purchase Pura through their online channels. However, delivery times may be longer than usual through our online services as we strive to keep you and our workers safe.

  WILL PURA DELIVER THE PACKAGE?

Yes, Pura's activities are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual and our selection of items available could be temporarily reduced.

  WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER & DELIVERY?

You can track your order through the Arrive App with your confirmation number found on the thank you page after checkout. This will provide you with the most updated information of the status of your order. Our customer support team can also look this up for you, if you'd prefer to ask them. Additionally, we will be updating you by email about any changes in the fulfillment and delivery of your order.
